• Be a subject matter expert on Regional Finance personal loan products and present loan solutions to customers.
• Complete interactions with borrowers electronically or by phone.
• Process and underwrite loan applications within guidelines and approval limits.
• Establish and build customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist delinquent customers using Regional Finance account management practices.
• Help management develop and track daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Record, monitor, and post payments and fees to customer accounts per policy.
• Close loans as directed by management.
• Work hours are typically Monday–Saturday; schedule flexibility based on needs.
