Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Central Account Sales Specialist to work borrowers remotely, both within and outside our branch footprint. You will be the subject matter expert on personal loan products, presenting loan solutions to help customers reach their financial goals and completing borrower interactions by phone or electronically.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude and strong phone communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Data entry proficiency.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Present loan solutions to current and potential customers.
• Complete interactions with borrowers electronically or by phone.
• Process and underwrite loan product applications within guidelines and approval authority limits.
• Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.
• Utilise Regional Finance's account management practices to assist delinquent customers.
• Work with management to develop, communicate, and track daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Report, manage, and maintain branch standards on all aspects of delinquency.
• Receive, track and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy.
• Close loans as directed by manager.
• Hours may be staggered to meet needs of digital volume. Schedules can be flexible based on the needs of the employee and the branch but will generally be Monday-Saturday 8AM-9PM.
