Vylor is seeking a North America FP&A Senior Analyst to own forecasting, reporting, and analytics for the NA region. You will design driver-based models, automate planning tools, and partner with commercial and finance teams to drive reliable financial outlooks.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, robust financial controls, and continuous improvement, with annual budgeting, SG&A planning, and monthly close support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years in finance or accounting, including reporting and forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling skills and data-driven insights.
• Experience with SAP and Central Finance is preferred.
• Proven business partnership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly forecasting for NA region, coordinating inputs and consolidation.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and commentary for regional reviews.
• Build driver-based forecasting models and scalable planning tools.
• Automate data preparation, validation, and reporting to improve accuracy.
• Support annual budgeting and SG&A planning with cost analysis.
• Partner with global controllership to ensure postings and close accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to inform regional priorities and decisions.
• Maintain cost center hierarchy and ensure compliance with controls.
