Vylor, a global leader in seed and genetics, seeks a North America FP&A Senior Analyst to own monthly forecasting, deliver robust financial reporting, and build driver-based models. You will partner with NA Finance and business stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and provide clear insights to drive the outlook.

You will also support SG&A planning, monthly close, and budgeting while upholding controls. This role offers growth across cross-functional finance and long-term career development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Related Field required.
• Strong process ownership and organizational skills.
• Effective business partnership skills across finance and commercial teams.
• Collaborative and independent contributor mindset.
• Very strong financial modeling skills with driver-based forecasting and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data visualization with Power BI.

Aufgaben

• Monthly forecasting ownership end to end with calendar, inputs, consolidation and delivery.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and performance commentary.
• Design and maintain driver-based forecasting models and planning tools.
• Automate data preparation, consolidation, validation and reporting.
• Support annual fixed-cost budgets and SG&A planning.
• Review SG&A actuals and coordinate monthly close with Controllership.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support regional and commercial priorities.
• Maintain NA Commercial cost center hierarchy and ensure controls.
