Vylor Inc. is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to join the FP&A function in Johnston, IA or Wilmington, DE.

You will support actuals and planning for fixed costs, partner with functional leadership, and drive insightful financial analysis to guide decisions. With 3–7 years of finance experience and a degree in accounting (CPA/MBA preferred), you’ll excel in Excel and financial modeling while collaborating across teams to improve reporting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of finance experience including accounting.
• Demonstrated understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
• Ability to organize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial leadership and governance support for functional leaders.
• Partners with function leaders on annual and long-term planning.
• Analyzes variances and cost drivers to enable proactive action.
• Supports reporting inquiries and maintains accuracy of financial data.
• Contributes to development of reporting tools for efficiency.
