Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by start date in an agricultural or related field.
• Zero to two years of experience creating presentations, training materials, or educational content.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to others.

Responsibilities

• Create technical training materials, presentations, and job aids with SMEs.
• Support global training programs, tracking, and program improvements.
• Gather feedback and analyze participation and effectiveness data.
