Job summary

On the Go is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance and Business Performance at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston to own the airport’s financial results, budget, and forecast. You will partner with the Airport Director and leadership team to turn data into actionable recommendations that improve revenue, labor productivity, food cost, and inventory management.

You will lead analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to drive insights, challenge assumptions, and help operators

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including partnering with operations in hospitality, food & beverage, or airport concessions.
• Proven ability to influence decisions through financial analysis and drive measurable results.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, labor productivity, inventory controls, and metrics.
• Executive presence with ability to engage leaders at all levels and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial business partner to the Airport Director and leadership team.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and inefficiencies.
• Develop actionable recommendations, partner with operators to implement them, and track results.
• Lead monthly P&L reviews with unit and airport leaders and drive improvement initiatives.
• Own the airport’s annual budget and monthly forecasts; ensure timely reporting and strong controls.
