The role requires a CPA or advanced degree with substantial FP&A experience, and a track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 10 years of Accounting and/or FP&A.
• Or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with CPA and 8 years of Accounting and/or FP&A.
• Or Master's in related field with 8 years of Accounting and/or FP&A.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close processes and performance improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance business partnering function for assigned System Office departments and BayCare Physician Partners (BPP).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close activities, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with leaders at all levels to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead and develop the System Finance team, including oversight of training, performance, and professional development.
