BayCare in Clearwater, FL, seeks a Manager System Finance to lead the finance business partnering function across System Office departments and BayCare Physician Partners. Hybrid work arrangement with strong emphasis on accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

The role requires a CPA or advanced degree with substantial FP&A experience, and a track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 10 years of Accounting and/or FP&A.
• Or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with CPA and 8 years of Accounting and/or FP&A.
• Or Master's in related field with 8 years of Accounting and/or FP&A.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close processes and performance improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance business partnering function for assigned System Office departments and BayCare Physician Partners (BPP).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close activities, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with leaders at all levels to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead and develop the System Finance team, including oversight of training, performance, and professional development.

Manager System Finance Summary :

• Responsible for leading the finance business partnering function for assigned System Office departments and BayCare Physician Partners (BPP), providing financial leadership, analysis, and decision support to support organizational objectives.
• Oversees financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, monthly close activities, financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partners with leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, directors, managers, and team members, to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Leads and develops the System Finance team, including oversight of training, performance, and professional development.
• Ensures the delivery of accurate financial reporting, effective financial stewardship, and continuous improvement of financial processes while supporting organizational growth and performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 10 years of Accounting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis;
• ORBachelor's in Accounting or Finance with CPA and 8 years of Accounting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis;
• OR Master's in related field with 8 years of Accounting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close processes and performance improvement
