Job summary

Revlon Corporate is seeking a Strategic Finance Partner for the Skincare and Fragrances leadership teams. You will bring financial expertise to drive growth, manage budgeting and forecasting, and oversee P&L, trade spend, and COGS with cross‑functional collaboration.

You will support brand strategy, margin optimization, and working capital improvements while partnering with Brand Management, Customer Planning, Sales, and Operations Finance.

Qualifications

• Finance experience of 6+ years, with 3–5 years in Consumer Products.
• Experience working with sales, marketing and supply chain teams.
• Accounting/Finance degree required; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes–Oxley; strong systems experience in Excel, SAP and Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and monitoring across the business including brand sales and trade spend.
• Consolidate monthly forecasts and annual budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze advertising, promotional spend and ROI to inform decisions.
• Support GO–to–market analysis and portfolio optimization.
