Job summary

Revlon seeks a Director, Finance Technology and Domain Product Management to own the portfolio of finance applications and services. You will shape the technology strategy, manage a multiyear roadmap, and partner with Finance leadership to deliver funded, sequenced initiatives.

You will lead modernization across ERP, EPM, automation, and data platforms, driving value, controls, and operational excellence while coordinating with global stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and guiding a portfolio of finance applications and services.
• Experience developing and executing multiyear technology roadmaps.
• Experience leading Finance ERP/EPM transformations, automation, and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance technology modernization across ERP, EPM, shared services, automation, and data tooling.
• Direct platform consolidation and governance of vendor contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Provide concise executive reporting on portfolio health, roadmap progress, costs, investments, risks, and benefits.
• Set governance for Finance Domain product owners, owners, and program teams to ensure accountability.
