Job summary

Revlon Corporate seeks a Director of Finance Technology and Domain Product Management to own the complete portfolio of Finance applications. You will lead strategy, roadmaps, and governance, partnering with Finance and Tech leaders to translate priorities into funded plans.

You will drive modernization across ERP, planning, data, and compliance, ensuring value delivery, stability, and strategic platform consolidation for the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications, Finance technology, or related transformations.
• Experience leading multiyear technology roadmaps and finance ERP/EPM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own Finance technology strategy and product roadmaps for the domain.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business needs into funded initiatives.
• Manage governance, ownership, and lifecycle of Finance applications.
• Lead modernization, platform consolidation, and retirement of legacy systems.
• Ensure SOX controls, data quality, and compliance across the portfolio.
