Isomorphic Labs in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner (Clinical Development) to serve as the dedicated financial partner for the Clinical Development team. You will manage clinical budgets, forecasting, and vendor oversight while providing strategic financial leadership to accelerate medicine development.

The role requires clinical finance expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Direct experience managing clinical development finances (CROs, sites) and FP&A/partnering within biotech, pharma, or life sciences.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other quantitative field.
• Clear executive-level communicator for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary finance partner for the Clinical Development team and provide strategic thought partnership to support portfolio objectives.
• Lead end-to-end clinical budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning with bottoms-up models (site activations, patient enrollment, costs).
• Partner with Clinical Operations and Procurement during RFP processes to evaluate, benchmark, and negotiate budgets with vendors.
• Deliver regular variance analyses and improve financial reporting and accrual processes.
• Act as Cambridge site finance lead and collaborate with site leadership to support growth and operations.
