CVS Health in Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Strategy to lead planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives for our Pharmacy Services business, with a primary focus on Specialty Pharmacy. You will partner with finance and business leaders to drive forecasting, analyses, and executive-level reporting that informs growth and operational excellence.

This highly visible role requires strong financial acumen, collaboration, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting activities, including monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.
• Coordinate planning and reporting across Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy businesses.
• Develop financial analyses and executive-level reporting to support business decisions.
• Serve as a key advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, helping manage priorities, communications, and planning timelines.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic projects and process improvements.
• Improve reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization.
