Job summary

RTX's Product Support SSBU within Land and Air Defense Systems in Andover seeks a Finance Senior Manager to lead the C3S2 finance team and partner with RTX internal and external customers to sustain and grow a $300M portfolio.

The role manages a 20+ person finance organization, drives forecast accuracy, EAC development, planning, and risk/opportunity management, and collaborates with program offices and the C3S2 leadership team to shape the program's financial future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field with 10 years of experience; or advanced degree with 8 years.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Experience with APEX, PRISM, EDIT+ and other program execution tools.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contracting.

• Drive financial performance, program controls, EAC development, and accurate forecasting.
