Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Financial Analyst in Tucson, AZ within the OSQ Finance team to perform monthly analysis, forecasting, and reporting to senior leaders. You will help consolidate processes and improve reliability using SAP APEX/PRISM, BW, and Analysis for Office tools.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years in finance, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to present to executives; relocation assistance may be available and a competitive

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in finance, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
Professional experience in a finance role.
Experience with SAP, BW, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Monthly analysis and reporting to Supply Chain VP and Directors.
Support consolidation and streamlining of reporting.
Assist development and maintenance of program material forecasts.
Analyze material spend outlook and related risks/opportunities.
Facilitate meetings and drive action closure.
Support other analysts in technical and analytical growth.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Provide cost-reduction ideas and project support.
