Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance or operations.
• 4+ years in a supervisory, lead, or management role.
• Experience in fast-moving manufacturing or technology environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify resource requirements for business groups, including headcount, capital, vehicle refurb/build costs and operating expenses.
• Analyze production and engineering KPIs and performance against productivity targets.
• Prepare financial analyses to inform operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with supply chain to track financial obligations as the business scales.
• Support accounting for financial close analysis and group-level reporting.
• Provide insights on spending variances and department-level reporting.
• Coordinate capex tracking and cash forecasts.
• Support business initiatives with financial analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of financial analysts.
