RTX is seeking a Senior Manager in the Air Dominance Finance organization to lead the financial management of AMRAAM Sustainment within the portfolio. The role oversees 4–5 analysts and collaborates across PMO, OPS, SCM, ENG, and QMA to drive cost/schedule performance, identify trends and ensure accurate EAC outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience in program controls, strong communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts and Operations in a cross‑functional environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data tools; ability to present complex data clearly
• Eligibility for U.S. government Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required

Mansioni

• Lead a team of 5+ finance professionals across the U.S. to coach, mentor and develop talent
• Drive compliant financial management across a portfolio of large contracts
• Lead an overall business execution cadence including AOP, long‑range planning and quarterly EACs
• Partner with Sustainment Director and leadership to drive predictable financial outcomes and program execution
