Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior Manager in Air Dominance Finance to oversee the financial management of AMRAAM Sustainment within the portfolio. This role leads a team of 4–5 analysts to support EACs, reporting, and key pursuits onsite.

You will collaborate across PMO, OPS, SCM, ENG, and QMA as a strategic partner, analyze cost and schedule variances, drive corrective actions, and improve predictability of the EAC process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in relevant finance roles, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Operations in cross-matrix setups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD/Secret security clearance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5+ finance professionals across the U.S., coaching and mentoring.
• Drive financial management across a portfolio of large contracts.
• Partner with Sustainment Director to drive predictable financial outcomes and program execution.
