Job summary

AV is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for program planning and financial operations, delivering solid forecasts and strong internal controls.

You will manage a team of Financial Analysts and guide budgeting and headcount planning aligned with company policy. The role includes monthly forecasting, variance reporting, and interaction with senior management, with responsibility for cost control, audits, and revenue recognition in accordance with FAR and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required.
• 12+ years in finance with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with costing and pricing of complex manufactured products and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly forecasting and variance reporting for senior management.
• Lead and develop assigned Financial Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations and revenue recognition policies.
• Support audits and review of Estimates at Complete (EAC) to ensure margins.
• Oversee budgets and schedules, including funding profiles and variance analyses.
