Fluor Corporation seeks a senior tax leader to plan and direct major tax functions, aligning strategies with corporate goals. The role coordinates with upper management on financial reporting, compliance, international tax, and audit defense to protect shareholder value.

Candidates should have CPA/JD credentials, 7+ years of tax experience, and 3+ years of managerial leadership, with strong communication and process-improvement skills.

Formación

• Accredited four-year degree in accounting or related field with eight years of work-related experience or twelve years if non-degreed
• CPA and/or JD certification or global equivalent required
• Seven years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm, law firm or large multinational company
• Three years of managerial experience
• Intermediate computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable tax statutes and guidelines

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision to assure company policies, procedures, and methods are followed
• Provide high-level technical expertise in tax functional areas
• Identify and research relevant tax issues from law changes and business decisions and make recommendations to executive management
• Manage significant tax projects as needed by executive Tax management
• Develop, establish, and improve processes and procedures
• Maintain close working relationship with controllers/finance managers and outside advisors
• Other duties as assigned
