Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial or accounting management; Bachelor’s required, MBA/CPA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and experience with AI-enabled financial tools.
• Advanced Excel/PowerPoint; experience with Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power BI AI preferred
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to manage shifting priorities and cross-functional communication.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, Legal, and IT; mentor and develop Finance Team members.
