Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting is required.
• One year of experience in hotel or hospitality finance and accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Finance in directing financial activities of the hotel.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and HEI standards.
• Manage accounts receivable and cash flow to ensure timely deposits and collections.
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and period-close processes.
• Identify, screen, and develop management talent; train associates and ensure attendance policy compliance.
