Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• High attention to detail and a natural curiosity to understand the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, Proxy) and related disclosures.
• Gather and organize source documentation to ensure accuracy of public disclosures.
• Assist with accounting and forecasting of stock-based compensation expense and share calculations.
• Prepare investor presentations and schedules supporting earnings releases.
• Coordinate annual audits and quarterly reviews with auditors.
• Perform technical accounting and financial reporting research and document conclusions.
• Collaborate with departments to improve financial reporting processes.
• Produce ad hoc reports for senior management and investor relations.
