CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead financial strategy, budgeting, FP&A, reporting, and team leadership.

This top finance role partners with executives and the board, overseeing a $30M-$50M budget and driving modernization of reporting and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience.
• Experience managing $30M+ budgets in nonprofit environments preferred.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting background.
• Board-facing and executive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Deliver financial reporting, dashboards, and board presentations.
• Oversee accounting operations, audits, compliance, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investments.
• Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance and accountability.
• Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership.
• Develop and mentor the finance team.
