Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is recruiting a Senior Finance Director in Orlando to lead financial strategy, budgeting, FP&A, reporting, and team leadership for a mission-driven organization.

You will own a $30M-$50M budget, deliver board-ready dashboards, collaborate with executives, and mentor a finance team including a Controller.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience
• Experience managing $30M+ budgets in non-profit environments strongly preferred
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting background
• Board-facing and executive leadership experience
