Job summary

You will direct design and development for new products and changes, maintain ETL workflows, and ensure internal controls with cross‑functional teams. Ten+ years in finance data, GL, and BI expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ten or more years of experience in the banking/financial industry.
• Ten or more years of technical experience with banking general ledger and reporting applications.
• Five or more years of experience in management.
• Extensive knowledge of banking industry product lines and related operational processes.
• Extensive working level data integration knowledge.
• Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in industry accounting and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct integration of transaction detail from business line systems with the general ledger and FIMS/ERP.
• Establish data processing protocols governing data transfers, data tables, and metadata.
• Evaluate the impact of product changes on financial reporting and BI activities.
• Design and develop data models and ETL workflows for GL and FIMS systems.
• Maintain data governance and internal controls over data processing.
• Provide ad hoc data retrieval and analysis for finance and senior management.
• Coordinate with business units and IT on plans, budgets, and policies.
