Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Data & Analytics to support finance transformation by building reporting solutions, automating processes, and delivering analytical tools for better decision-making. Reporting to the Manager of Finance Data & Analytics, you will partner with functions, develop forecasts, support month-end close, and create dashboards and scorecards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of experience, and SAP/MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA or CPA/CMA certification a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional business, supply chain or financial experience.
• Experience with P&L management and financial systems.
• Ability to build relationships with internal customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner for accounting and finance matters, communicating results clearly.
• Assist in Annual Operating Plan and strategic planning for P&L and related balance sheet accounts.
• Update monthly forecasts with forward-looking commentary on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to month-end and quarter-end close, resolving unusual items.
• Develop financial analyses and models for productivity, cost savings, inflation, and absorption.
• Support projects across FP&A, procurement, manufacturing investments, and pricing.
• Lead development of metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Deliver periodic financial metrics and reporting packages for leadership.
• Provide FP&A support as needed.
• Participate in and lead finance-related projects.
