Job summary

LeoForce, based in Midland, Texas, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all accounting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost and inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial statements, ensure regulatory reporting, and drive internal controls through ERP projects, partnering with leadership to support growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth ERP implementation, manufacturing accounting, financials, fixed assets, annual budget, and financial statements experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to direct and supervise.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
• Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Researching technical accounting issues for compliance.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Managing and complying with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Participating in ERP implementation projects, providing guidance on best practices and risks.
