LeoForce is seeking a dynamic Permanent Plant Controller to oversee all financial and accounting functions at our Torrance, CA plant. You will lead cost accounting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitability and growth.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing finance, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to align financial strategies with business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA desirable.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing finance role.
• Proven cost accounting, financial planning and leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen, with knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking to align financial plans with business goals.
• High integrity with a commitment to transparency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations within the plant, incl. cost accounting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth, reduce costs and boost profitability.
• Ensure financial integrity and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Lead the plant finance team, fostering high performance and disciplined finance practices.
• Collaborate with management to align financial plans with business objectives and provide insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management highlighting trends and budgets.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through financial analysis and benchmarking.
• Manage the plant's capital investment program and ensure returns align with strategy.
• Maintain robust financial systems and processes to support current activities and growth.
