Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and analytics for the plant. You will collaborate with plant management to drive profitability and accuracy in month-end close and variances.

The role requires 5-10 years in Finance/Accounting leadership, strong ERP and MS Office skills, and a degree in accounting or finance. Expect active engagement with cross-location KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5-10 years of dynamic leadership experience in Finance, Accounting, or financial data analytics and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices, management accounting and related analytical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and post to the general ledger.
• Coordinate month-end close within 3 days.
• Plan and coordinate plant budget activities per policy.
• Perform variance analysis and report on sales, costs and expenses.
• Provide detailed financial reports and insights to local management.
• Support plant manager with analysis to improve profitability and efficiency.
