Perdue Office Interiors, a Suddath Company, seeks a Finance Controller to lead accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. This senior role drives financial discipline across manufacturing, inventory, and distribution, partnering with leadership to improve profitability.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, strong FP&A background, and experience with ERP systems, GAAP, and cost accounting in a manufacturing or furniture setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 5 years in a controller/senior role preferred.
• Manufacturing, contract furniture, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, budgeting tools, and financial reporting platforms.
• Acquisition and Integration experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, payables/receivables, payroll support, fixed assets, and month/year-end close.
• Prepare, review, and distribute timely financial statements and analyses.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow planning processes.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP-compliant policies.
• Monitor manufacturing and inventory financial performance including standard costing and COGS.
• Partner with operations and leadership to evaluate pricing, profitability, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate audits and support tax and regulatory reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting accuracy.
• Supervise and develop finance staff and drive process improvements.
