Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC is seeking a seasoned Controller for a direct-hire manufacturing client. The role directs accounting functions, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls to drive profitability. Onsite in Indiana, with a salary range of $80k–$110k DOE and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will lead month-end close, ensure GAAP compliance, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Proven experience with financial reporting and month-end close processes.
• Background in manufacturing and/or cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Direct accounting functions, including financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate month-end close.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve profitability and financial performance.
• Lead AR and AP and mentor accounting staff.
• Support ERP optimization, particularly Plex, and improve department workflows.
