General position summary: The Finance Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls for the Perdue company. This role ensures timely and accurate financial information, supports operational decision-making, and helps drive profitability across manufacturing, inventory, and distribution activities. The Finance Controller will have strong FP&A and business analytics background. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen financial discipline, improve processes, manage risk, and support strategic growth.
This position is responsible for supervising finance and accounting team members and may include assigning work, reviewing performance, training employees, and supporting department development.
