This role focuses on contracts, budgeting, reporting, and data analysis under the Director of Administrative Operations.

Responsibilities include contract oversight, financial reporting, and supporting strategic planning to enhance efficiency and resource use. On-site work schedule is M-F, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, management, or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Department of Internal Medicine contracts and ensure compliance.
• Prepare monthly productivity and financial reports and assist in budget planning.
• Analyze financial data and support strategic financial decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial operations and process improvements.
