University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria (UICOMP) is seeking a Business/Administrative Associate I for the Pediatrics department in Peoria, IL. The role focuses on budgeting, financial reporting, contract administration, and data analysis to support clinical administration.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Two years of professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience.
• Master’s Degree may substitute for one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages advanced business responsibilities for the Department of Pediatrics, budget development and assists in strategic fiscal planning.
• Executes business operations including contracting, financial & productivity reports, data analysis and business insights.
• Works under the supervision of the Pediatrics Director of Administrative Operations.
• Prepares monthly summary reports and anticipated annual budget, monitors expenses and ensures account utilization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field

Two years of professional business, financial, and/or managerial work experience

Master’s Degree substitution for one year of experience
