Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required and at least 5 years of financial management experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and federal regulations; able to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for the organization, including cash flow, AP, and AR.
• Coordinate development of the budget totaling approximately $140 million.
• Lead annual financial statement development and external audit coordination.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to management on long-term planning.
• Prepare reports for executives and the board; monitor regulatory changes.
• Review and improve internal controls and procurement compliance.
