Mindlance is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with a strong financial background to join our client-facing team. You will translate complex business needs into clear BRDs and FRDs, and drive UAT with well-defined acceptance criteria.

Ideal candidates have solid SDLC experience, experience in SAFe Agile environments, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC and SAFe Agile environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to break down requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsabilités

• Develop BRD and FRD artifacts for projects.
• Plan and document test scenarios for UAT.
• Translate business needs into technical deliverables for delivery teams.
