Synechron is seeking a highly experienced Business System Analyst with deep Commercial Lending domain knowledge in a SAFe environment. You will drive the analysis and definition of complex lending solutions, collaborating with Product Management, System Architects, Release Train Engineers, and development teams to ensure alignment on business value and high-quality system capabilities.

The role requires hands-on BA experience in loan origination, underwriting, credit risk, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst in Commercial Lending or banking systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending processes, loan lifecycle, underwriting, and credit risk assessment.
• Familiarity with LOS, CRM, and core banking platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with Product Owners and stakeholders and translate epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria within SAFe.
• Translate business needs into system specifications, including data models, API mappings, and process flows.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and business value.
• Participate in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Provide ongoing support through PI and sprint cycles and mentor other Analysts.
