Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Consultant to design and deliver AI-enabled finance transformation solutions. You will architect AI systems, build data pipelines, and guide cross-functional teams from conception to launch on cloud platforms.

Travel up to 50% may be required. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of Python/SQL experience, finance data expertise, and strong client engagement skills to drive innovative AI across planning, forecasting, close, and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Math, or Stats.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of software development using Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data (vector DBs, RAG).
• Experience using Python and SQL to develop analytics on AWS/GCP/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and AI capabilities.
• Architect AI solutions across infra, model, and application layers for planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, close, and consolidations.
• Analyze requirements and translate into AI design requirements and implementation plans.
• Partner with developers and technical teams to build AI-enabled solutions with guidance throughout development and testing.
• Develop data, analytics, and AI assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to client workshops, solution demos, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify delivery risks and support cross-functional project execution.
