Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Consultant to help clients transform finance functions with data, automation, and AI capabilities. You will design and deliver AI-enabled finance solutions, working with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to drive planning, forecasting, close, and profitability improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead workshops, and translate client needs into technical solution requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/IS/Finance/Engineering or related field is required.
• 4+ years of Python development experience.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience delivering production AI-driven solutions end-to-end.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines with vector databases and RAG architectures.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Architect AI solutions across infra, model, and app layers for finance use cases.
• Translate requirements into AI design, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with developers to build AI-enabled solutions and guide development and testing.
• Develop data analytics assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Support client workshops, demos, testing, deployment, and communications.
• Identify risks, track dependencies, and support cross-functional delivery across teams.
