Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Consultant to help clients modernize finance planning, forecasting, and analytics through data and AI-driven solutions.

You will design, implement, and deploy AI-enabled finance processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide stakeholders throughout discovery, design, and delivery while managing risks. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/IS/Finance/Accounting/Engineering/Math/Stats
• 4+ years of software development experience in Python or similar
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP)
• Experience delivering production-grade AI-driven solutions end-to-end
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers
• Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures
• Experience using Python and SQL in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with finance data for planning, budgeting, forecasting, close, profitability
• Willingness to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and AI
• Architect AI solutions across infra, model, and app layers for finance use cases
• Analyze requirements and translate into AI design requirements and implementation plans
• Partner with developers to build AI-enabled solutions with guidance
• Develop and support data, analytics, and AI assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms
• Contribute to workshops, demos, testing, deployment, and stakeholder communications
• Identify delivery risks, track dependencies, and support project execution
