Job summary

Deloitte is actively recruiting for a Finance Analytics & AI Senior Consultant to help clients transform finance through data, AI, and automation. You will design and implement AI-enabled finance solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and guide delivery from concept to deployment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and deep technical expertise across data, ML, and cloud platforms to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in listed fields or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in software development using Python or similar languages.
• Experience architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Experience taking AI solutions from conception to launch.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions with customers.
• Experience building data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Experience developing analytics/ML/data engineering solutions in AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience architecting AI across infra, model, and app layers with major platforms.
• Experience with finance data use cases (planning, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
• Ability to travel 50% on average; immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of finance transformation solutions using data, automation, ML, and AI.
• Architect generative and agentic AI solutions across infra, model, and app layers for finance use cases.
• Translate requirements into AI design requirements, solution designs, workflows, and plans.
• Partner with developers to build AI-enabled solutions and provide guidance throughout.
• Develop data, analytics, and AI assets using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Contribute to client workshops, demos, testing, deployment, and stakeholder comms.
