Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Consultant for Strategy, Growth, and Transformation within the Finance Transformation team. You will help clients design finance transformation strategies and technology-enabled solutions to improve decision making, risk management, and value creation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance and Technology leaders, delivering roadmaps, business cases, and implementations across ERP, cloud, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or economics.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting in finance strategy, transformation, technology, data, AI, capital strategy, or cost optimization.
• Experience developing financial models or business cases.
• Experience with finance technology and data or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting transformation workstreams, including deliverables and timelines.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess finance capabilities, processes, and operating models to identify improvements.
• Support development of finance strategies, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Evaluate finance technology solutions including ERP, EPM, cloud, and AI tools.
• Analyze finance processes and cost drivers for optimization and automation.
• Manage project workstreams and deliver client materials and implementations.
