Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial governance and operational efficiency by overseeing cost management, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP controls. You will partner across functions to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable insights for informed business decisions.

The role supports remote or hybrid work, with a preference for candidates near Arlington, VA, Solon, OH, or Bridgewater, NJ for onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with business objectives.
Analyze expenses, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations.
