Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to govern financial processes, ensure compliance, and optimize cost management across functions. You will deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights to guide business decisions.

The role supports journal entries, monthly/ quarterly/ annual statements, audits, and ERP enhancements, with a focus on improving efficiency and control in accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per Nestlé standards.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve reporting and controls.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.

Partnering across functions, the Senior Analyst delivers accurate financial reporting and actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.

Location & Work Model:

• Remote or hybrid; Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• ~ Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
• ~3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP); working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• ~ Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business applications
• ~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
