Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial governance, cost management, and ERP controls. You will partner across functions to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights enabling informed business decisions.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, and system enhancements, with remote or hybrid work and a preference for candidates near Arlington, VA; Solon, OH; or Bridgewater, NJ for onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or masters preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Proficiency in Excel with PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts with stakeholders.
• Analyze expenses, identify variances, and provide insights to leadership.
• Prepare and post journal entries for accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per Nestlé standards.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve reporting and controls.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements in accounting operations.
