Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support financial governance and deliver accurate reporting across journal entries, monthly/quarterly/annual statements, and ERP controls.

The role partners with functions to ensure compliance and provide actionable insights for informed business decisions, with a focus on GAAP and IFRS standards and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• ~ Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• ~ 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• ~ Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business applications.
• ~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS).

Responsibilities

• Remote or hybrid; Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations.

The Senior Finance Analyst role drives financial governance and operational efficiency by overseeing white-collar cost management, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP controls. Partnering across functions, the Senior Analyst delivers accurate financial reporting and actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.

Location & Work Model
