Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial governance and operational efficiency across cost management, reporting, and ERP controls. The role partners with multiple functions to deliver accurate financial insights for informed business decisions.

The position supports monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, internal/external audits, and ERP system enhancements. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with a focus on strong Excel skills and GAAP/IFRS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related required.
• ~3+ years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( PivotTables, VLOOKUP ) and Office.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems and financial reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per Nestlé standards.
• Support audits by providing documentation and analysis.
• Assist with ERP enhancements to improve reporting and controls.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Drive process improvements in accounting operations.

Senior Finance Analyst

The Senior Finance Analyst role drives financial governance and operational efficiency by overseeing white-collar cost management, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP controls. Partnering across functions, the Senior Analyst delivers accurate financial reporting and actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.

Location & Work Model

Remote or hybrid; Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis

Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions

Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• ~ Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
• ~3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP); working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• ~ Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business applications
• ~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
