Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a global manufacturing client in Malvern, PA. The role focuses on commercial finance, manufacturing operations, and business process improvement rather than pure financial reporting.

You will build financial models, analyze data from SAP and other systems, and lead high-priority projects from discovery through implementation with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, operations analysis, or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience performing financial analysis, data analysis, statistical analysis, financial modeling, cost analysis, or ROI analysis.
• Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience working with commercial, manufacturing, or operational data.
• Experience managing project-based work from discovery to measurement.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams on initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, manufacturing, commercial, finance, and IT teams to identify inefficiencies and cost drivers.
• Manage priority projects from discovery through implementation and measurement.
• Build financial models, cost analyses, and ROI business cases for initiatives.
• Analyze data from SAP, Salesforce, and other systems to support decisions.
• Perform statistical analysis of operational and commercial performance.
• Design and implement process automation with RPA and low-code tools in collaboration with IT.
• Lead cross-functional special projects from scoping to impact.
• Understand workflows and data sources before recommending solutions.
• Support process optimization, efficiency, cost reduction, and digital transformation in manufacturing.
